Query the archive
curl --fail-with-body "https://sec-api.dev/api/v1/offerings?period=2026q3&limit=100" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $SEC_API_KEY" -o offerings-page.jsonThis downloads one JSON page, not the full archive. Continue with pagination.nextOffset. Account request quotas apply. The endpoint does not currently offer a server-generated CSV or an anonymous download.
Source version
Archive size: 3,652,689 bytes. SHA-256:03669a23e724645a8bbcad51822cf7f4b27f91c3f2bedac9dcff3c23e68e84bf. The API supplies the retrieval instant and current import identifier. A corrected upstream archive can create a new import version.

Use amounts carefully
Offering amounts are source strings, not normalized financial facts. Preserve “Indefinite,” blanks, amendment relationships and explanatory fields. A notice’s amount sold is an issuer-reported disclosure, not independently confirmed fundraising revenue.
