IMPORTED SEC DATA / OFFERINGS

Form D notices.
Across issuers.

Query offering notices from an imported SEC quarterly archive. Each result joins one submission to its issuer records and offering fields, keeping the original accession and source values.

A real quarterly dataset

The imported 2026Q3 archive contains 15,952 submissions. This is a cross-issuer table of structured Form D disclosures, distinct from the per-issuer filing metadata endpoint. It does not establish that reported amounts were independently verified or that an offering was completed.

curl --fail-with-body "https://sec-api.dev/api/v1/offerings?period=2026q3&limit=25" \
  -H "Authorization: Bearer $SEC_API_KEY"

Filter, paginate, preserve

Add cik to select submissions associated with an issuer. A submission with multiple issuers appears once and retains its issuer array. Use pagination.nextOffset until null. The maximum page size is 100; the default is 25. Omitting period selects the latest completed import. An unavailable period returns 404 rather than an empty dataset.

submission and offering preserve SEC column names and string values. An amount can be a decimal string, blank or a source label such as “Indefinite.” ISAMENDMENT and PREVIOUSACCESSIONNUMBER preserve amendment context; do not sum notices and amendments as independent raises.

Provenance travels with the response

Store meta.source, retrievedAt, period, snapshotId and sha256. The hash identifies the downloaded archive version; it is not a guarantee that the issuer’s assertions are true. Restart a multi-page export if the snapshot changes. Recipient, related-person and signature tables are not included in this API response.
