Insider transactions.
With the footnotes.
Query derivative and nonderivative transaction rows from an imported SEC quarterly ownership archive. Keep the issuer, accession, original field names and referenced footnotes together.
curl --fail-with-body "https://sec-api.dev/api/v1/insider-transactions?period=2026q3&cik=320193&limit=100" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $SEC_API_KEY"Across issuers or inside one filing
This quarterly endpoint reads imported transaction tables across issuers. Its optional CIK filter identifies the issuer, not the reporting owner. For a single known accession, use the ownership filing parser at /api/v1/insider-trades; that separate endpoint can include holdings as well as transactions.
Retain disclosure context
Each result includes recordType, accessionNumber, issuer identity, source-reported dates, sourceTable, sourceRow, filingUrl, exact string-valued fields and referenced footnotes. Source row numbers include the TSV header. Blank values stay blank; derivative and nonderivative records remain distinct.
Transaction codes and footnotes affect interpretation. These disclosures are not reconciled trades or automatically classified investment signals. Amended filings remain separate. Recipient addresses and signatures are not part of this response.
A versioned quarterly source
The completed 2026 Q3 import provides 79,090 derivative and nonderivative transaction rows. Coverage is the selected imported archive, not every historical ownership filing.
Use an explicit imported period and retain meta.snapshotId, sha256, source and fetchedAt. The maximum requested page is 500 rows, subject to the response-size budget; continue with nextOffset. Compare snapshot identifiers between pages. The dataset is not a realtime feed.
